Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Balcony, garden table and chairs, sun loungers, enclosed grounds. Basement with washing machine, barbecue and space to store skis... Ideally located on a quiet street with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, close to hiking trails, farm inns, the Route des Crêtes and ski resorts (Schnepfenried is 8 km away, with snowmaking facilities and a shuttle service). Laundry service is not included but is available on request from the owner for an extra fee. A weekly electricity allowance of 100 kWh in summer and 250 kWh in winter is included. Usage above this may incur an extra fee. Please remember to leave the chalet clean and fully tidied, in exactly the same condition as you found it on arrival. A cleaning service is available from the owner for an extra fee if needed.
